With over 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting, I revel in helping both startups and established businesess optimize their operations through solutions that drive revenue growth, enhance productivity and customer experience, shorten time-to-market, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

My expertise in assisting tech startups in developing business development plans and go-to-market strategies has led to significant growth in the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkiye region. My interpersonal skills allow me to forge strong connections with key stakeholders and executives, whether they are customers, partners, or peers.

In addition to being a seasoned consultant, I am also a captivating public speaker and the host of the CTO Show with Mehmet podcast.
